My lab partner and I have been trying to figure out a few problems we got on homeowork, but so far have had absolutely 0 luck with understanding what we are supposed to do and completing the problems. here they are. any help would be greatly appreciated.
1.the Hindenburg was a hydrogen gas filled dirigible that exploded in 1937. if the Hindenburg held 2.0 X 10^5 m^3 of hydrogen gas at 23 degrees C and 1.0 atm, what mass of hydrogen was present.
2. suppose you are given two 1 L flask and told they one contains a gas of molar mass 30 , the other a gas of molar mass 60, both a the same temperature. he pressure in flask A is X atm, and the mass of the gas is 1.2 g. The pressure in flask B is .5X at, and the mass is 1.2 g. which flask contains gas of malr mass 30 and which contains the gas of molar mass 60.
thanks a ton for the help. these questions have had us stumped for days
