Easy Balancing equations

cam someone explain me
Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 + HCL -> CaCl2 + H3PO4 + H2O
(all numbers are subscripts)

Your goal is to put coefficients in front of each compound so you have equal number of atoms X on the left as on the right.
I.E. you have 10 Ca atoms on the left, so you need 10 on the right.
