I don't think this is a complete list but it is pretty decent:

Nothing like that really exists. They do sell books with many of them in it though.
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex

Just google "name reactions chemistry" and you'll get tons of sites.  There are hundreds and hundreds of name reactions though, so no site is complete.  I recommend the books!

I love name reactions.

I want at least one volume for my birthday....or something. <----------nerd

 :P

Anyway, here is a list of many volumes, included with a link that provides an order form.  Orders are half-price for undergrad/grad students, so if you're a student you can get them for less!

These links are rather complementary:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Named_reaction
http://www.organic-chemistry.org/namedreactions/index.htm

they can compete books like li's name reactions since they are far from being complete lists as well.

Learning name reactions by heart is funny sport :)

Chemists shouldn't be so eager to memorize silly things like name reactions, I don't know why we value such things so much.

The reason is to make it easier to have a conversation about chemistry.  Also, I think it makes our pursuits a little more human when we can associate a process with a particular person's work.  If it's just a set of reagents then why couldn't a machine just come up with it by random screening?

(Well...maybe it could.  There goes the job security.  :P)
