I'm not familiar with the Hanes equation. What is it? Is it the same as the
Lineweaver-Burk equation
?

hanes wolfe is concentration of S over V. If you look up menton equation it will describe it.

Michaelis-menten equation is:
V = V
max
/(Km +
)
multiply by (Km +
)
V(Km +
) = V
max
divide by V
Km +
= V
max
/V
divide by V
max
Km/V
max
+
/V
max
=
/V
