Yeah me and my friend are doing a lab where gas is collected in a tube over water and we have to do height corrections and pressure corrections on it. We have looked everywhere for an answer but have yet to find one.

Ex.
31.53ml of hydrogen is collected over water at a pressure of 757.682mm Hg. There is 13.5mm of water in the tube above the water line. The temperature is 21.7 degrees C. What is the height correction and pressure correction?

Is the inside diameter of the tube given?

No it is a eudiometer tube

It cancels out. It always does.
