Can someone help explain these coupling constants to me?

The Chemical shift is 5 something... so I'm guessing its one of the H on the alkene.  the 8J constant seems to be a cis coupling, but I do not know the other 2 constants (where they are coming from) and what d or t means?  =(

You're on the right track. The proton in question will couple with the cis proton, the geminal proton (the one on the same carbon - because they are in different magnetic environments) and the third coupling (triplet) comes from long range coupling called allylic coupling - look it up.
