Reacting Mass Calculations

Hi i need help with this question:

What mass of hydrogen is produced when 192g of magnesium is reacted with hydrochloric acid?
Mg + HCL --> Mgcl2  + h2

Please can somewone explain how to find the mass... once i know how to do this question i will be able to do the others, thanks.
