What is it?
I only know E1, E2 (beta-elimination) and E1cb(conjugated base) (alptha elimination) ? Is E1cb belongs to high order elimination?

From my understanding, E1cb reactions follow first order kinetics.The first step which involves formation of a carbanion is fast , but the second elimination step from the carbanion is slow, hence rate limiting step.

My notes have
Ph - CH2 - CH2 - CH2- Cl ---> 1,3-elimination + 1,2-elimination
Ph - cyclopropane + Ph - CH2 - CH = CH2
But it is called Higher order elimination??
