good evening people . i have a small problem :

which of the following statements are true for uncompetitive inhibition : ( More then 1 are correct)

1. The inhibitor cannot bind to the enzyme substrate complex
2. The substrate cannot bind to the enzyme-inhibitor complex
3. The Km will decrease
4. The Vmax will decrease

Sadly i forgot the defenition of Uncompetitive inhibition, does it mean that that inhibitor binds to the enzyme ?
