So... Hello there.
I've got a Chemistry final tomorrow, and had a quick question, here it is:
if you have a reaction, say
MgBr2 + Cl2 ---->
This is obviously a Single Replacement reaction or will be, but is there a set way in which the 2nd half will be set up? IE: AB + C --> CA + B always, no matter what in any single replacement reaction it will be set up like that. If there is, what is it, and what would it be for Double Replacement Reactions?
thanks a lot, Nate
