help: preparation of standard
« on: June 06, 2007, 11:17:38 PM »
 :)hello, everyone!
I wish to purify a crude product to get a standard. now, under the max plot condition(HPLC), the purity is 97.25%. the solvents are acetone and DCM. I wish to know the answers as follow:
1. Is the impurity  formed by solvating effect? if so, I how to judge it? if not so, should I how to purify further?
2. Could the TM and the solvents form solvating effect?
3. Could the purity be as a standard?
