Hi All,

I am again asking your favour. As I need to know, why we always write
(Al2So4)3 and not (Al2So4)2 ?

yea we dont write (Al2So4)3  we write Al2(SO4)3 because Al (Aluminum) has a charge of 3+ and sulfate ion has a charge of 2- so if we cross multiply the charges it gives u Al2(SO4)3

Al3++SO42-----> Al2(SO4)3
