I'm not sure if this is the right section, if not I am very sorry.
Is there a way to make a water activated smoke bomb? For example you put outside and it goes off when it rains.

A mixture of ammonium nitrate, salt, and zinc ignites when it gets wet. You could make a normal smoke bomb (sugar+oxidizer) and then just top it with the powder mentioned above ^
