I dont understand buffers and their actions etc and also how to work out the pH of a buufer soltion.

Can anyone help please?  ??? :-*

There is actually an equation for such things, check your book.
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
