I would recommend looking in Greenwood and Earnshaw's "Chemistry of the Elements" for structures. I always found that the best place to start.

The information you are looking for is readily available online, although the accuracy of such information may be questionable. Wikipedia and Google are good places to look.
Try googling "tellurium tetrachloride" and "ammonium chloride crystal structure".
