Check out our "name reactions" link to the left. The Sonogashira reaction is an example of a pallladium coupling reaction.

The principal of palladium coupling of catalysed cross-coupling recactions are:

Heck reaction,
sonogashira reaction,
Suzuki coupling,
Buchwald-Hartwig,
Negishi,
Kumada and
Stille reaction
