If I need to double the rate of concentration for the following equation,
1.0 x 10 (-3) (which is 10 to the -3 )
would it be 1.0 x 10 (-6) (which is 10 to the -6)?
I thank you for your assitance!!

write out 10
-3
in full, so in decimal numbers without the power of 10, then you will see.
