Hey i have a assignment but i cant find information on this one topic....What is the recommended daily minimum requirements of Nitrogen and the deficiency or excess on the human body?

Hmm... That's a pretty dubious question.  From my understanding, most Nitrogen the human bodies gets is in the form of amino acids and other organic compounds, each of which has their own particular minimum requirement rather than constituting a minimum requirement for Nitrogen. 

Is there any other information you have that could be useful?  Have you tried Google?
