VSEPR Examples

Anyone know of any examples in VSEPR theory of a molecule or ion that has a steric number of 6 (octahedral electron geometry) but has 3 lone pairs (T-Shape molecular geometry) or 4 lone pairs (Linear molecular geometry)?
