What is the name of the main essential oil being extracted from caraway and spearmint? How do they differ?

I'm not sure..I looked it up but just kept coming up with limonene and caravone but are those oils or just components in the oil?

Or would it be just caraway oil and spearmint oil?

I assume the difference is the + /- caravone
- which is in spearmint and
+ which is in caraway

limonene and caravone are the major components of the distilled oils, yeah.

Pure limonene/carvone is no doubt an oil also.
