Is there anyway to make dilute acid to become concentrated one?

– In most cases you can evaporate water of the diluted.
In some cases it may depend on how "strong" you would prefer.

It depends on the type of acid. You can concentrate sulfuric acid up to 98% by boiling dilute H2SO4 until white fumes come off.
