Call Honeywell.

Thanks for the advice.

Is there any other way that i could do it on my own ?

I only need it in small amount, say a liter or two.

Call Honeywell.

My position is in Indonesia. I've emailed Honeywell, but still no answer.

Does anyone in here have some experiences in purifying acid ( H2SO4 or HCl or others )?
Maybe I could apply the similar techniques for purifying HF.

Question for other people, which might contribute and might not:

Could you electrolyse the water at a potential difference of 0.4 V to turn the water into H2 and O2, while keeping the HF?

Given:

F2(g) + 2e- --> 2 F-(aq)        E0 = +2.87 V
2 H+(aq) + 2e- --> H2(g)       E0 = 0.00 V

I'm afraid it couldn't be happen.

Since HF is a weak acid, instead water ionizes, we will get H2 and F2. CMIIW

thanks so much anyway for your advice.
