ethanol level testing

I am making ethanol mixtures and i need a way to test the exact (or close to it) ethanol level. is there an easier way than the spectrum photometer? i dont always have access to one.

you are probably right
but i dont really get access to any of the cool toys
i was hoping for some way i can do chemical testing and calculations for this
