R=k[A]=-d[A]/dt
integrate it:
Integrate d[A]/[A] from [A]0 to [A] which is equal to -kdt from 0 to t.
i get
ln([A]/[A]0)=-kt

i understand everything up to this point, but then the book rights-
[A]=[A]0 e^(-kt)
i know it's just math to get this, but i can't seem to be able to figure how they got this.

Remember that 'ln' is simply log to base e.
So using that, ln([A]/[A]0)=-kt basically just says e^(-kt)= ([A]/[A]0)
This can be rearranged like they have  :)
