RNA Polymerase
TATA box
Terminator
Promoter
Is it Initiation Factors?
(I have a 200 question test that is a review for our final....There are about 50 I'm not sure on...thought I'd post some)

Yes. Initiation factors are the proteins that help in the initiation of protein synthesis. Transcription factors help in the initiation of transcription.
