I think it is impossible to perform ethyl full acetate analysis by titration. At least you can use Fischer Moisture Analysis (Better to read about it more). Other impurities better to determine by GC.

The second question is funny, since in GC the mobile phase is an inert gas such as helium, and there is nothing to choose from

sorry in hurry i wrote GC uh, i want to know the mobile phase used in HPLC in pentaerythritol analysis?

HPLC analysis of PE is made difficult because detectors are relatively insensitive to it - all except MS and a light scattering detector.  Even so, it can be done by reversed phase (C18 column and water/methanol mobile phase).  The exact composition of the mobile phase will vary from brand to brand of column.
