This is the question word for word from my study guide:
"What is the percent dissociation of a 0.10 molar nitrous acid solution?"
Now, this should be easy, but is this even possible in that's all I am given? I at first thought it was nitric acid, and therefore it would dissociate 100% (however answer listed as 6.7%).
The only other information that was given are the K(a)'s of Hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfurous acid, and the K9b) of Ammonia. Don't I need a K(a) for nitrous acid?
