Say if you were give the fruits cherries, oranges and jamon. What investigation would you plan and design to find out which of them would make the best wine.
(with an experiment to determine the best wine)

What i can think of is to test them based on apperance, acidity, aroma etc.

Anyone has any input on this?

hmm.. i dont think this is really a chemical test. there's no known formula that a particular composition of ingredients following a specified ratio produce the best tasting wine. it all boils down to the wine consieur

They all have the same acid formula though (CH3COOH)
