Do anyone know why liquid N2 can overcome magnetic force?
I get no idea on it. To my chemistry knowledge, it may be due to high intermolecular force of liquid nitrogen.

Magnet and superconductor. Luquid nitrogen is there just to cool superconductor down, otherwise it doesn't take place in the process.
