Hi People,
I am trying to dissolve sodium caseinate to include in a protein-based medium for bacterial growth but I can't get the stuff to dissolve. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any help is much appreciated.

When I make bacterial media, a lot of times I just let everything dissolve while it is autoclaving.
