What are the lines in this scheme, both the broken lines and non-broken lines?

The non-broken lines constitute the (atomic + molecule) orbitals.

The broken lines denote the interaction of the two atomic orbitals that results in a bonding and antibonding molecule orbital.

Do you know an example for a molecule that fits the left/right scheme?

It's called MO scheme. Maybe there are other names, too.
