One drug, tree peaks, ATP by rp-Hplc IPC
« on: April 25, 2008, 09:28:58 AM »
HI people!!

i´m analyzing ATP, and i´m obtaining tree peaks. i´m solving ATP in purified water. I´m using TBAHS and KH2PO4 as mobile phase at ph=7
My question is, when i dilute ATP in water, this drug coexist in equilibrium with AMP and ADP? and at the time i must quantificate it, i suppose i must add tree peaks to inform total %, isn´t it?
thanks inm advance and happy weekend!
