NEED HELP WITH Q ON HCL and NaOH ASAP PLZ
« on: March 10, 2008, 12:21:28 AM »
If 2 EQUAL volumes of HCl and NaOH OF ABOUT THE SAME CONCENTRATION are mixed together and you find that the resulting pH is ACIDIC, What is a possible explanation??? ???

Does this have anything to do with "the idea that 100% dissociation begins to break down as solutions become more concentrated"? if yes (or no), why?

Plz help asap  :(

Possible explanation is that "about" doesn't mean "exactly".
