No.

O2 implies Oxygen, as in two oxygen atoms double bonded to each other:
O=O
Where as peroxide they are single bonded (because the oxygens are then connected to something else), as in hydrogen peroxide:
H-O-O-H

I think you should remove one of the double bond you have spend.

But isnt the chemical formula for peroxide is O2?

The functional group:peroxide, can be regarded as O22-
