What are your thoughts?  What type of ligand is ammonia? iodide?

Do you know how to determine copper gravimetrically? Iodine is an important part of the method

What properties does CuI have?  Is this an aqueous reaction?  Write out your equation(s).

it makes iodine, CuI and ammonia

Good shot. now try to balance.

There is small problem though - no idea what the formal potentials are in the presence of ammonia.
