C6H7NO + C4H6O3 = C8H9NO2 + C2H4O2 (acetic acid)
In your acetaminophen formula (paraacetamol) 1 H atom is excessive.

Hi,

The total synthesys of acetaminophen includes:
1. anilin +Ac2O = acetanilid + CH3COOH
2.C6H5NHCOCH3 + HNO3 = p-C6H4NO2NHCOCH3(p-nitroacetanilid)
3.Produkt 2 + 2 NaOH = p-C6H4NO2ONa(p-nitrophenol sod salt) + CH3COONa + NH3
4. Product 3 + C2H5Br = p-C6H4NO2OC2H5(p-nitrophenetol) + NaBr
or hydrolise prod 3 and reaction with C2H5ONa
5.p-nitrophenetol + SnCl2 + 6HCl = p-C6H4NH2OC2H5 + SnCl4 +2H2O
p-C6H4NH2OC2H5 + (CH3CO)2O = p-C6H4NHCOCH3OC2H5 + CH3COOH
