I just want to know which one is the best enzyme to use, for breaking down carbonhydrates to glycose...

To choose from I've got:

 Pectinex Ultra Sp-l
 AMG (Amyloglucosidase Novo)
 Viscozyme L
 Celluclast (1.5L)
 Termamyl (120L) type L
 Neutrase for Protein Upgrading

Now, please help.. Which one is the best and what is the perfect condition for it?
