m-bromophenol synthesis

I want to synthesis m-bromophenol from benzene so would this be a good way for it
1. Br2 in FeBr3
2.SO3 in H2SO4
3. NaOH
4. H3O+1
thats the order i have suggested for reagant reactions
any suggestions
