Hello Ali,

Congratulations on studying for your M.Sc. in Engineering. Unfortunately, there are many books and an incredible number areas within Solid State Chemistry. To narrow it down to one, or even a few books is quite difficult.

The only aspect I can suggest, is to read some of the peer-reviewed papers online and try and understand some of the basics.

Once again, congratulations, and I am sure that you will do well in your studies.

Sincerely,

Eugene
