pH equilibrium question

Hi, this is a sample exam question, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Copper oxide dissolves in water according to CuO(s) + 2H+→Cu2+ + H2O, with logK= 7.65. Calculate the equilibrium constant for the dissolution of CuO to form Cu(OH)2, and predict whether CuO will be significantly soluble in sea water.

I assume i have to use the equation given and the dissolution of water and manipulate these equations to produce the an overall equilibria expression?

This is strange, I can't see how it can be done without Kso of Cu(OH)2 given.
