What would be a better use of my time?
« on: December 10, 2008, 01:40:11 PM »
Just finished my first semester of organic and did well.  I prepped for it over the summer by going over the concepts in the textbook when I had free time at work, laying in bed, etc.  I plan on doing the same thing Christmas break, but I'm not sure if going over organic II material or quantitative analysis material would be a better use of time.  Organic II seems to be mostly memorizing reactions, but I could go over a few of the concepts, like aromaticity, etc, and I have no idea really what quantitative analysis holds in store for me.  I'm looking to teach myself concepts, not straight memorize things - I'll memorize when the time comes around.  So what would you all suggest?

Thanks.

Ehh, if you are decent in math the Quantitative Analysis should pose no trouble.

Tested out of calc in highschool; hopefully it's not very calculus intensive?  :P
