Hi all,
I want to make aqueous solutions with CaCl dihydrate. In the experiments carried out with these solutions, Ca should be present as free Ca2+ aqueous ion. Is it true, that the Ca species depends on the pH value? In which pH range is Ca2+ "free"? What other species are there and at which pH values are they present? are there any useful diagrams? does it matter that I use CaCl dihydrate and not pure CaCl? Does "pure" CaCl even exist?
Thanks a lot in advance for your *delete me*
