Activity co-efficients
« on: September 05, 2008, 07:20:39 PM »
a)   Why do we ignore activity coefficients in dealing with solutions of weak acids and bases?

b)        Why is the conductivity of concentrated strong acid solutions lower than predicted based upon analytical concentrations?

Thanks.
