Finding the concentration of a solution through transmittance rate

I'm doing this equilibrium experiment that involves the reaction of chromate ion with hydronium ion to produce dichromate ion:

2CrO42-(aq) + 2H3O+(aq) <==> Cr2O72-(aq) + 3H2O(l)
        Yellow                              orange

My experiment's independent variable is the temperature and the dependent variable is the orange transmittance rate of the solution.

My question is... can I find the equilibrium constant with just the transmittance rate? (it's in percentage) Or is there any quantitative data that can be analyzed?
