Hey guys, I am in a bit of a pickle and could really use the help of some experts. I was just wondering where I could find DETAILED information regarding amino acids. In particular I want to find out about L-Alanine, L-Glutamic acid and D-Glutamic acid. I am after information such as length of the molecule, its rigidty, the type of bonding present etc. For example i know that D and L Glutamic acid are stereoiomers, however how does this effect the physical properties of the molecule (i.e. chain length etc). Any help will be greatly appreciated. please please please help

It doesn't. Obviously you have no idea what stereoisomers are.
