Do they correspond to the preferred phi/psi angles of alpha helices and beta sheets?

so the B region would be beta sheet which is the top left and the alpha would be bottom left? See I want to pick a beta sheet and make it into an alpha helix using "spdbv". So I just moved all of the amino acid residues into the bottom left since thats alpha. is that correct? thanks!
