Hey I need to create a .04M solution of Sodium Nitrate.

I have Soidum Hydroxide and Zinc nitrate hexahydrate.

The rough chemical reaction is as follows:
NaOH + (Zn(NO(3))(2) * 6H(2)O) ----> Na(2)ZnO(2) + stuff I don't know Probably water and possibly Hydrogen gas)

I don't know how to make my solution I am creating .04M with all those extra terms floating around.  Could someone please help me?

Don't worry about this other stuff, just check how much sodium and how much nitrate you need in the final solution, and calculate necessary amount of your given reagents needed for that. Note that neither Na+ nor NO3- will react, they will both remain unchanged in the solution.

And your reaction is wrong - there is no hydrogen between products and you missed NO3- on the right. Zn2+ + OH- may give zincate, so this part is more or less OK.
