A chemical question???
« on: October 04, 2008, 11:20:46 AM »
Hello all,

Please I need an answer to my question as fast as possible.

My question is about "Putting salt on ice in order to melt it", when we put salt on ice, the temperature goes up to about 9c, after minutes it goes down to about 6c, after another minutes it rises again to about 10c.

My question is; why does the temperature changes in such away??

Thanks..
