Dry distillation of metallic acetates.

1.What would dry distillation of the following acetates give
  Copper acetate , Ferrous acetate, Zinc acetate , Lead acetate , Tin acetate.
  gold acetate , silver acetate , mercury(II) acetate
2.Why do some acetates decompose to  acetic acid while others to acetone ?
