Ok so if i am given 3 different esters such as methyl difluoroacetate, methyl 2,2-dimethylpropanoate, and methyl acetate how do i go about determining which one has the fastest rate (largest rate constant) of saponification?

What is the method of saponification? When you generate ions, look at how stabilized those charges based on the functional groups that are present. The fastest reactors are going to be those that can stabilize the resulting charges from the reaction the best.
